When you fill out the contact form, request a quote, or enquire about any of my services, I ask you to provide your details. In that case, I only process the information you provide to me. This may include the following data:

• I use your data to create the quote or respond to your enquiry.

If you are a customer, I use:

• Your name and/or company name and your address details. These details are necessary for the contract of assignment when I am performing tasks for you. They are also necessary for invoicing.

• Your name and/or company name and email address for sending informative emails and newsletters.

By filling in your details in the contact form, sending an email, or signing the contract of assignment, you give me permission to use your data for the above-mentioned purposes.

Your data is not shared with anyone.

Where is your data stored?

My email server runs on the same servers where the website hosting is located: this is with Hosting2Go. There is a data processing agreement in place with Hosting2Go.

The website www.speakenglish.nl is managed and maintained by Dirk Smit. He is a processor on behalf of Fun2DeSign in the context of the GDPR. Agreements with Fun2DeSign are documented in a data processing agreement.

Security of personal data
I have taken appropriate technical measures to secure personal data against loss or any other form of unlawful processing.

Because I want to know how and how many visitors use the website, I use Google Analytics.
